Cuyahoga Falls City School District Calendar 2026-2027

Cuyahoga Falls begins with a district preschool and five neighborhood elementary schools serving the years through grade five. Students then make one major campus transition: Cuyahoga Falls Middle School and Cuyahoga Falls High School occupy the combined grades-six-through-twelve campus that opened in January 2026. The schools retain separate age-level organization, while athletics, performances, student services, and specialized learning spaces can be shared on one site.

The district’s Pathway to Success turns this structure into a series of academic checkpoints. Its published milestones include reading to learn by the end of grade three, readiness for middle school after grade five, readiness for high school after grade eight, being on track to graduate after grade nine, and college- or career-readiness before senior year.

Maker-centered learning, arts, career exploration, English Learner services, gifted education, and College Credit Plus agreements sit within that progression. Families encounter a distributed K–5 network followed by a consolidated secondary campus, with districtwide expectations marking the major transitions inside it.
