About North Royalton City Schools
North Royalton City Schools serves North Royalton and part of Broadview Heights through three ordinary school buildings. North Royalton Elementary covers preschool through grade four, North Royalton Middle covers grades five through eight, and North Royalton High covers grades nine through twelve. Children from the full attendance area begin sharing the same district facilities from the elementary years.
The four-grade middle school combines the upper-elementary transition and conventional middle-school years in one setting. Students make only two major K–12 campus changes, first before grade five and again before grade nine, while arts, activities, counseling, and student services grow within increasingly larger schools. North Royalton High concentrates advanced academics, arts, athletics, activities, and postsecondary planning. The district’s partnership with Cuyahoga Valley Career Center adds regional technical programs for students whose plans call for specialized training outside part of the local school day.
