Upper Arlington Schools Calendar 2026-2027

Upper Arlington Schools combines five K–5 elementary schools with two middle schools and one comprehensive high school. Barrington, Greensview, Tremont, Wickliffe, and Windermere provide the elementary stage. Students then attend Hastings or Jones for grades six through eight before both routes reach Upper Arlington High School. Burbank Early Childhood School provides preschool outside the universal K–12 sequence.

Hastings and Jones preserve two middle-school cohorts, but neither leads to a separate local high school. At the elementary level, the district also offers an alternative progressive program. Families in the Barrington attendance area may choose that program at Barrington during registration. Wickliffe Progressive has no attendance boundary and serves students from the Greensview, Tremont, and Windermere areas through the district’s choice process. This program changes the elementary instructional setting without creating a separate secondary feeder: students still move into one of the two middle schools and ultimately Upper Arlington High. Current boundaries and program-choice rules matter before high school; the comprehensive high-school destination is shared.
