About West Clermont Local School District
West Clermont Local School District begins with seven neighborhood elementary schools: Amelia, Clough Pike, Holly Hill, Merwin, Summerside, Willowville, and Withamsville-Tobasco. All seven routes meet at West Clermont Middle School for grades six through eight and continue to West Clermont High School. The elementary stage spreads across several communities, while the later years take place in two districtwide institutions.
The middle-school transition brings students from different parts of the district into one academic and extracurricular program. By high school, advanced and college-level coursework, arts, athletics, clubs, work-based learning, and local career pathways are available within the shared campus. Counselors and teachers can organize those options around one graduating class rather than several feeder high schools. Students seeking specialized technical training can also use Great Oaks programs. They remain connected to West Clermont while part of the school day or program takes place in the regional career-technical system.
