About Marysville Exempted Village School District
Marysville’s ordinary K–8 route becomes districtwide in two steps. Students begin in five elementary schools, attend Creekview Intermediate for grades five and six, and then move to Bunsold Middle School for grades seven and eight. Nearly every student therefore shares the same two campuses before high school.
At grade nine, the district offers two distinct school models. Marysville High School is the large comprehensive campus, with the broadest athletics, arts, activities, electives, and conventional course sequence. Early College High School is a separate grades 9–12 school organized around college-credit attainment, STEM-oriented study, internships, and a smaller program environment. It is a full school rather than an occasional dual-enrollment class inside Marysville High.
Students enter Early College through its own enrollment process, while Marysville High remains the comprehensive campus. After sharing Creekview and Bunsold, students can move into two substantially different high-school settings: one built around the full comprehensive-school experience and one around early college credit, internships, and a smaller program.
