About Lebanon City Schools
Lebanon City Schools is organized as one narrow age-band sequence. Bowman Primary houses preschool through grade two, Donovan Elementary serves grades three and four, Berry Intermediate serves grades five and six, Lebanon Junior High serves grades seven and eight, and Lebanon High School completes the route for grades nine through twelve.
Because there is one ordinary building at each stage, assignment depends mainly on a child’s grade rather than a neighborhood feeder. Nearly the full district changes campuses together after grades two, four, six, and eight. That makes the school map simple, although it creates four scheduled transitions before graduation. Course and activity choices expand in the secondary years, but there is no parallel middle- or high-school route to navigate.
Kindergarten scheduling requires separate annual attention. For 2026–27, Lebanon is operating morning and afternoon half-day kindergarten sessions at Bowman, with the session determined by address-based zones. The age-band structure is durable; the kindergarten day and session boundaries require a new check for each later school year.
