About Troy City Schools
Troy City Schools uses two elementary patterns in 2026–27. Concord, Cookson, Heywood, and Hook serve kindergarten through grade five. Kyle serves kindergarten through grade two, and its students continue to the sister building at Forest for grades three through five. All elementary routes then meet at Van Cleve for grade six. Troy Junior High serves grades seven and eight, and Troy High serves grades nine through twelve. The Kyle–Forest route therefore includes one additional elementary campus transition.
Construction is underway on a different future system. The facilities program includes three new preschool-through-grade-four buildings, a new intermediate school for grades five and six, and renovation work at Troy High. Once implemented, that structure will move the first districtwide meeting point from grade six to grade five.
Current students still follow the existing routes, including Kyle–Forest. The new buildings and assignments will shift the first districtwide meeting point from grade six to grade five when the future system takes effect.
